Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked Flannerys Own Certified Organic brown rice
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
• Handful of chopped parsley
• Lots of freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
• While grains are still warm, add cheese and pepper and stir well, allowing cheese to meld with grains.
• Add walnuts and parsley and stir gently, but well.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
• Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days and freezes well in single portions.
