Ingredients
1.1 cup Flannerys Own Certified Organic Quinoa (rinsed)
2.1/2 cup apple (sliced thinly)
3.1 cup milk
4.2 cups water
5.A couple of tablespoons of Flannerys Own Organic Honey (to your taste)
6.1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
7.1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
1.Over high heat, bring Flannerys Own Certified Organic Quinoa and water to boil.
2.Reduce, add cinnamon, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3.Stir in apples and vanilla extract.
4.Simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until water has been completely absorbed.
5.Serve warm in a bowl of milk and covered in honey, delicious!
