Goji Oat & Raisin Clusters

Ingredients

• 1 large or 2 small bananas
• 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup Rapadura sugar
• 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tsp arrowroot or corn flour
• 2/3 cup raw walnuts, ground
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 3/4 cup Flannerys Own Certified Organic oats
• 1/4 cup Flannerys Own Goji berries
• 1/4 cup Flannerys Own Certified Organic raisins
• 6 dates pitted and chopped
• 1/2 cup raw walnuts chopped

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 200C.
• Blend bananas, apple sauce, vanilla, and Rapadura sugar in blender until creamy.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, arrowroot/corn flour, ground nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg.
• Add the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
• Stir in oats, Goji berries, raisins, dates, and chopped nuts.
• Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
