Ingredients
- 700 grams fresh asparagus cut into halves
- 1 tbspn sesame oil
- 3 tbspn fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tspn fresh marjoram (2 tbspn roasted unsalted cashews, roughly chopped
Preparation
Steam the asparagus in a metal steamer over boiling water for about 6 to 7 minutes. Combine asparagus with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
