Ingredients
• 1 Organic Iceberg Lettuce sliced
• 1 Organic Avocado cubed
• 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
• 4 pieces of Bread
• 1 tsp Italian Herbs
• 1 Garlic Clove crushed
• 2 tbs Flannerys Own Certified Organic Olive Oil
Salad Dressing
• 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 Garlic Clove crushed
• 1/3 cup Greek Plain Yoghurt
• 2 tbs water
Preparation
• Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. To make the croutons, slice the bread into small cubes. Place bread cubes, Italian herbs, garlic and olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 to 20minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
• For the salad dressing, mix together the dijon mustard, yoghurt, garlic and water.
• To make the salad, mix the lettuce, avocado, eggs, croutons and salad dressing together in a bowl and serve.
