Strawberry Overnight Oats

Create a batch of oats for the week ahead – making a quick and healthy breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

  • I cup Flannerys Rolled Oats
  • 1 Organic banana – mashed
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Organic strawberries, chopped
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Agave Syrup, or sweetener of your choice

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together well
  • Spoon into jars (mason jars are ideal for this!) and leave over night in the fridge
  • Top with your favourite toppings before serving such as: coconut chips, raisins, cranberries, maple syrup, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cinnamon!
