Flannerys Own Festive Fruit Cake Mix

Time to make your very own Christmas Cake with our 1kg Gluten Free cake mix.

Impress your family and friends when you present them with a slice of heaven that you have baked yourself and see if they believe you.

This mix contains almonds, sultanas, apricots, walnuts, cherries, dates, pineapple and brazil nuts. All ingredients are Gluten Free. All you need to add is the flour, milk and eggs for the perfect cake. See our bulk section for a range of flours, including gluten free.

Here's a Delicious Idea for an indulgent end to your Christmas Lunch:

Mix a packet of Flannerys Festive Fruit Cake mix through a large tub of softened Organic Icecream (you can also get Gluten Free icecream from Flannerys). Pour it into a loaf tin lined with foil and generously drizzle it with your favourite drink, I use Baileys or Frangelico. Cover it over with foil or clingwrap and freeze for a number of days. Serve sliced. So easy to make and totally delicious!
