Learn about healthy traditional foods from all over the world Brazil, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Australia, India, Lebanon, Africa, United States and Great Britain. Nutrition will be the highlight of each session where you will begin to understand why certain ingredients are beneficial to you.

Ronaldo our Nutritionist and Cook is passionate about food and has spent half of his life researching and studying nutrition and cookery. Ronaldo will demonstrate how easy and simple it is to stay healthy and fit eating delicious food. Take away new and interesting tips about food and its effects on your body and health.

Fat Loss Workshop and Cooking Demonstration - The Super Power of Nutrition/Basics of Nutrition
The super power of nutrition is a series of nutrition workshops divided into subjects to make things easy for you. We will cover basic principles to more advanced subjects like fat burning, maximum energy, hormones and Detox. A delicious healthy 3 course dinner will be prepared in front of you by our nutritionist and chef Ronaldo Fulieri. He will show you how to create your own recipes with key ingredients that are 'must haves' in your kitchen to optimise health and lose fat forever.
