Hi, are there any supplements for Amino acids Taurine and Methionine, or what foods do I get them from.

Both Methionine and Taurine are available in supplemental powder form. Some stores may carry these as bulk lines or as powders in the Musashi product line. You will also find Taurine in many energy production and adrenal health formulas.
Plants do not contain any Taurine and as such the food sources are listed below:
Fish: Most types of Fish contain Taurine.
Meat: Most Meats contain Taurine (20 - 50 mg per 100 grams)
Milk: Human Milk contains high levels of Taurine (Cow's Milk does not).
